OUR PLANE'S STORY
Introduced in the 1990s, the Dassault Falcon 2000 combined transcontinental range, efficiency, and wide-cabin comfort in a twin-engine business jet. Developed from the Falcon 900, it became one of Dassault's most successful business jet families.
Our aircraft, Falcon 2000 serial number 138, was built in 2001 and spent more than two decades in executive transportation as N250DL. During one of its most recognizable chapters, it carried Discovery Land Company and Casamigos branding, with the Discovery Land logo on its tail and Casamigos name displayed on its fuselage.
Casamigos was founded by George Clooney, Rande Gerber, and Discovery Land founder Mike Meldman, growing from tequila made for themselves and friends in Los Cabos into an internationally recognized brand. N250DL continued flying with the Casamigos name for years, becoming a distinctive sight along the way.
Eventually, N250DL made its way to Santos Aircraft in New Castle, Delaware, which helped preserve the aircraft by providing it to PlaneTags. In 2026, MotoArt transformed its genuine aircraft skin into limited edition PlaneTags.

PlaneTags are:
- Authentic - made from actual retired aircraft fuselage, not merely stamped metal.
- Unique - each PlaneTag bears the color, thickness, and wear and tear from the portion of the fuselage from which it was cut and it is therefore rare to create two identical PlaneTags.
- Collectible - each one is numbered in a limited edition and comes attached to a display card.
- Versatile - comes with a durable metal ring, strong enough to attach to luggage or keys or display.

PlaneTags are made from actual retired aircraft fuselage, not merely stamped metal. Because PlaneTags are made from real fuselage, each PlaneTag bears the color, thickness, and wear and tear from the portion of the fuselage from which it was cut and it is therefore rare to create two identical PlaneTags. These variations and imperfections are not product flaws. They are part of the beauty of PlaneTags. As a result, you will not have an option to select the color of your PlaneTag.
