Return Policy

Domestic Return Policy

You may return most new items – in their original condition – within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange (Shipping charges are not refundable)

If the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item) we are going to cover the shipping charges. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.  

If you need to return an item, please email customerservice@motoart.com with your order number and name. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that custom engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Return Policy
