Domestic Return Policy

You may return most new items – in their original condition – within 30 days of delivery for a refund* or exchange (Shipping charges are not refundable)

If the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item) we are going to cover the shipping charges. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly. 

If you are not satisfied with your order,you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, as we do not cover return shipping charges. Upon receipt of the returned item at our facility, we will conduct a thorough inspection before processing your refund for the purchase price. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be reflected in your account after processing.

If you need to return an item, please email customerservice@motoart.com with your order number and name. We will respond with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Please note that custom engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

International Return Policy

*Restocking fee of 15% may apply for high-value, limited edition, and undefective items.

• The Hemisphere Dance release will incur a restocking fee of 15% if returned, no exceptions.
