Domestic Return Policy
You may return most new items – in their original condition – within 30 days of delivery for a refund* or exchange (Shipping charges are not refundable)

If the return is a result of our error (for example, if you received an incorrect item) we are going to cover the shipping charges. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive your refund more quickly.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please be advised that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item, as we do not cover return shipping charges. Upon receipt of the returned item at our facility, we will conduct a thorough inspection before processing your refund for the purchase price. Please note that refunds may take several business days to be reflected in your account after processing.
For a small fee added at checkout, Free Returns covers the cost of your return shipping label — so if something doesn't work out, you can send it back at no additional cost to you.
If Free Returns wasn't selected at checkout, you'll be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Free Returns cannot be added to an order after it has been placed and is non-refundable.
Please note that custom-engraved items, mystery tags, and mystery coasters are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

*Restocking fee of 15% may apply for high-value, limited edition, and undefective items.
