    This Airbus A-321-231 took its first flight June 24, 2004 and was soon after delivered to Vietnam Airlines on December 8, 2004.  VN-A347 flew exclusively for Vietnam Airlines, and its subsidiary Jetstar Pacific, between 2004 and 2019, as part of its fleet of 58 A-321-200s. Its bold teal and white livery features Vietnam’s national flower, a gold lotus, which has become a symbol of the airline’s blend of Vietnamese cultural traditions and state-of-the-art technology. Vietnam Airlines was founded in 1956 and is the flag carrier of Vietnam. It was the first Southeast Asian carrier to join the SkyTeam alliance, and proudly carries a 4 star Skytrax rating.
