PT Frequent Flyer - FAQ

What is the PT Frequent Flyer?

    It is a points-based program through which our customers earn points for every purchase and redeem the points for incredible perks and prizes you won’t find anywhere else.


    How do I join?

      You can join through any of the following methods:

      • When you create an account on, you’ll be automatically enrolled!
      • PlaneTags App (Available for IOS *link* and Android *link*)


      How do I earn points?

        Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on every purchase made on, PlaneTags app, retail store and during our special events (i.e. PlaneTags Festival, Airshows, etc.)**. Remember to provide the email address associated with your Rewards loyalty program account at checkout to receive points. You can also receive additional one time points for the following by clicking Ways to earn:

        • Enter your birthday to receive 25 points on the day
        • Share on twitter and receive 50 points
        • Signup and receive 50 points

          **Excluding gift card purchases. Points will be awarded to the account that is logged in as the gift card is redeemed.

        How do I redeem my points?

          First, be sure to log in. You will find the PT Frequent Flyer logo at the bottom left corner on your screen, then click on ways to redeem and choose your reward. You will obtain a unique code that you can use immediately, or you will also receive an email confirmation with the code that can be redeemed at a later date. Note: You can only redeem one reward per transaction.


          How do I know how many points I have?

            Your points are displayed in the PT Frequent Flyer section. You must log in to your account to view your points.


            Will my past purchases count towards the rewards program?

              The rewards program began 02/11/2022, purchases made prior to this date or prior to account opening will not be counted towards the rewards program, however, after you sign up you will start earning points on future purchases.


              I have multiple accounts; can I combine them to redeem points?

                Accounts cannot be combined.


                Can my points expire?

                  No, your points don’t expire.


                  Can I exchange or return a reward I received?

                    No. Once a member redeems points for rewards, the reward cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service, or a monetary refund.


                    How does the refer-a-friend program work?

                      Share the unique URL code on your PT Frequent Flyer page, give your friends a $15 Off coupon for their first purchase and you also get $15 off coupon that can be used towards a future purchase.
