PT Frequent Flyer - FAQ

It is a points-based program through which our customers earn points for every purchase and redeem the points for incredible perks and prizes you won’t find anywhere else.

You can join through any of the following methods:

• When you create an account on planetags.com, you’ll be automatically enrolled!

• You can also join the PT Frequent Flyer program by enrolling here *https://planetags.com/account/register*

• PlaneTags App (Available for IOS *link* and Android *link*)

Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on every purchase made on PlaneTags.com, PlaneTags app, retail store and during our special events (i.e. PlaneTags Festival, Airshows, etc.)**. Remember to provide the email address associated with your Rewards loyalty program account at checkout to receive points. You can also receive additional one time points for the following by clicking Ways to earn:

• Enter your birthday to receive 25 points on the day
• Share on twitter and receive 50 points
• Signup and receive 50 points

 **Excluding gift card purchases. Points will be awarded to the account that is logged in as the gift card is redeemed.

First, be sure to log in. You will find the PT Frequent Flyer logo at the bottom left corner on your screen, then click on ways to redeem and choose your reward. You will obtain a unique code that you can use immediately, or you will also receive an email confirmation with the code that can be redeemed at a later date. Note: You can only redeem one reward per transaction.

Your points are displayed in the PT Frequent Flyer section. You must log in to your account to view your points.

The rewards program began 02/11/2022, purchases made prior to this date or prior to account opening will not be counted towards the rewards program, however, after you sign up you will start earning points on future purchases.

Accounts cannot be combined.

No, your points don’t expire.

No. Once a member redeems points for rewards, the reward cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service, or a monetary refund.
