United StatesNice item and quality, good communication prior to purchase. Only complaint website not up to date. The brochure and website of all the planetags shown on their site under the words "GENUINE SKIN' list the number of the tag number of the tag you receive out of the total being made...but I guess they've discontinued that, mine jus has a laser burned small dot and nothing else but a void where that information would have been, not a big deal but a disappointment anyway. Also when ordering it wasn't clear about the custom lettering available without searching for it, found it later after it was too late and order was place
