United StatesIn November, 1984, Delta received its first Boeing 757: Ship N602DL. I was still a relatively new Delta pilot, sitting sideways as a 727 Flight Engineer. Years, and promotions, kept coming, and by 1997 I found myself in the left seat of our 757/767 fleet. When I first stumbled upon an ad for a 757 Planetag, I quickly dug into my logbook to ensure I'd flown that ship, and I found a bunch of her entries. I understand that later Delta requested MotoArt to replace the ship number with a serial number, so I was pleased that I had a tag bearing the more commonly used ship ID. And I was thrilled that eventually MotoArt and Delta came to an agreement that led to great new 757, MD-88 and 767 tags being produced - - and all were aircraft I'd flown as a Delta Captain. Oh, yeah, I've bought a bunch of those, too. So if buying Planetags is a disease, this first issue of ship 602 was where I contracted it!

United StatesIf you're a Delta fan, buying one of these tags alongside EI-BTN gives you pieces of Delta's first 757 and L-1011, which is pretty remarkable when you think about it. This was my first personalized tag and the text on the back is easy to read. I miss the days of the prices of these tags, though!

United KingdomI ordered the item at the beginning of June and have received today on the 19th. I am from England and with the covid issue I think this is a very quick delivery. I had updates daily from USPS telling me where the item was which in itself was interesting; once it got to Heathrow, I could use the tracking code on Royal mail site which gave detailed delivery info. The product is very high quality, obviously will be coming from $95mil airplane, But I'm referring to the engraving which is excellent. I wish I lived closer, I would be buying the more bulky items you create if so! Thanks guys
