AustraliaI'm not quite sure why they travelled 34,000 km to get to me but when they did eventually arrive (after a trip from the USA to Australia, back to the USA and finally to me in Brisbane Australia) the tags are just great. Really nicely engraved. Secure screw cable. Such a great momento of a Qantas plane I flew on a number of times. Sure they aren't cheap, but for anyone with an interest in aviation history they are absolutely worth every dollar.

AustraliaI ordered and shortly after realised I'd made a mistake on the order with the engraving. I used the websites contact form approximately 1.5 hours after the order to alert Planetags of this and heard nothing. The following day I found an email address and did the same. Days later I received a shipment notification and after that I received a response from customer service to my initial email, basically saying it has shipped, too bad. The product is good, but make sure it is 100% as the experience isn't so good.
